How do I cancel/change my order?
You can cancel/change your order only in case it hasn’t been shipped yet. We always try to ship and process your order as soon as possible, so in case you want to do it you must be faster than us. Once the shipping process begins we are unable to cancel or change the order.
How do I track my order?
Once the order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail including the estimated arrival date and your order’s tracking information.
When am I charged for my order?
Your card will not be charged until your order is shipped. A pre-authorization is placed when you enter your card information and submit an order, however the payment is not processed until the order has been shipped. We will send you an e-mail to inform you when your order has been shipped and that we have charged your card.
When will my order arrive?
We do our best to ship your order the same day or the day after the order was placed and confirmed. The usual delivery time less than 10 working days from the moment when we confirm your order.
Once the order has shipped you will receive an e-mail confirmation including the estimated arrival date and your order’s tracking information.
How much do I pay for shipping?
We offer FREE SHIPPING to countries in Zone 1 and we charge €9.99 delivery fee when shipping to countries in Zone 2. The shipping costs and time of delivery vary according to an address where the products are shipped and their size. In order to deliver you the products we cooperate with Slovak Post and DHL.

I haven’t received my order even though the tracking information says it has been delivered.

Returns and exchanges only apply to products that have been purchased from www.hluskobags.com. After receiving the package you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract according to Act No. 102/2014 on consumer protection. To exercise your right to withdraw please fill out this form and we will reply you as soon as possible. After our reply, print out the form and include it in your return box/package.
Returned items must be in perfect, un-used condition including all original tags/instructions and in original package if possible.
How should I ship my return/exchange?

In case you choose to withdraw from the contract, costs of returning the products are your responsibility.
When will my card be refunded?
All payments including the cost of shipping, postage fee and all other fees will be returned within 14 business days from the moment when the withdrawal form was received. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process the transaction after receiving the information from us.
Don’t worry, we will never share your contact or personal data with any third parties and we ensure that any information collected on our website are used only for the purpose of closing the contract of sale, processing the order and further communication.
Is my credit card information safe?
We cooperate with modern and secure payment gateway, which is approved and regulated by the National Bank of Slovakia and the European Central Bank. Besides that we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software which ensures that the data transferred is secure and encrypted.
